my name is anna, and although i'm not new to the riot grrrl attitude, this is my first time actually seeking out other people who are into feeling empowered, strong, and proud to be a woman.

i live in maine, as far east as you can go in the United States. i'm 22 and go to a public university to study art. i've recently discovered a passion for printmaking :) i live in a really cute little house in a college town, and for fun i like to learn about things like making zines and finding new places to visit. i'm into punk, indie, hip-hop, folk, oldies, tons of stuff as far as music is concerned. i'm real laid-back, i swear a lot, i'd like to think i'm hilarious, and i love meeting other girls who have PASSION and who just...don't give a shit. i'd also love to connect with some other riot grrrls and boys who live in and around new england, as it's hard to meet people around here without being holed up in a room with a computer :)
